TRENDnet’s 48-Port Gigabit Managed Layer 2 Switch, model TL2-G448, has 48 x Gigabit ports, 4 x shared SFP slots, a console port, and an advanced Layer 2 management feature set. This IPv6 ready switch offers traffic management, troubleshooting, access control, and monitoring features.

High-Speed SFP Offers four shared Gigabit SFP slots to allow for long distance fiber optic uplinks or downlink NAS / access server connections.	Smart Fans Smart fans save energy and reduce operating noise by varying fan speed and usage based on real-time cooling needs.	Integration Flexibility Managed features include access control lists, VLAN, IGMP snooping, QoS, RMON, SNMP trap and syslog for monitoring and flexible network integration.

 

	Hardware Design  Provides 48 x Gigabit ports, 4 x shared SFP slots, a console port, and includes rackmount brackets.
	Smart Fan  Smart fan saves energy by varying fan speed and use based on cooling needs
	IPv6 Ready  This switch supports IPv6 configuration and IPv6 neighbor discovery.
	Traffic Management  A broad range of network configurations are supported by: 802.3ad link aggregation, Asymmetric VLAN, 802.1Q VLAN, Voice VLAN, Private VLAN, Bandwidth Controls, GVRP, IGMP v1-v3, 802.1p Class of Service (CoS), Spanning Tree (STP, RSTP, and MSTP), and QoS queue scheduling.
	Troubleshooting  Real time traffic comparison charts, error group charts, and a convenient cable diagnostic test aid in rapid troubleshooting.
	Access Controls  Features such as ACL, SSL, MAC / port filtering, Denial of Service controls, 802.1X, TACACS+, and RADIUS are compatible with layered network access controls.
	Monitoring  RMON, SNMP, SNMP Trap, and Port Mirroring support administrator monitoring solutions.

• Orders over R5 000.00 ex VAT up to 30kgs qualify for free next business day delivery

• If your order is below R5 000.00 ex VAT and up to 30kgs, we can add a delivery fee to your order

• Should your order be over 30kgs, we will cover the standard fee of R75.00 per box and any additional fees will be added to your order.

• We strongly suggest taking out additional insurance for large value orders at an additional 3%

OUTSIDE GAUTENG

• Orders over R20 000.00 ex VAT and up to 20kgs qualify for free delivery within 4 - 5 business days

• If your order is below R20 000.00 ex VAT, we can add a delivery fee to your order

• Should your order be over 20kgs, we will cover the standard fee of R95.00 per box and any additional fees will be added to your order.

• We strongly suggest taking out additional insurance for large value orders at an additional 3%

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All pricing displayed is exclusive of VAT

• Free Delivery is only available in South Africa

• Payment is to clear in our account before stock is made available for delivery

• Subject to stock being available

• Any invoice signed by the courier will be used as Proof of Delivery

• The Customer indemnifies Switchcom Distribution from any claims of any nature whatsoever that might arise from engaging with the Courier service.

• All order over R100 000.00 will qualify for full fee delivery

RETURN POLICY

• Any return of stock will be accepted after 7 working days from purchase.
• Any return of stock after the prescribed 7 working days, a 15% handling fee of the purchase price will be charged.
• No return of stock will be accepted after 10 working days from purchase.
• Switchcom reserves the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee on all special orders once the quote is accepted.
